Count's 77
Count's 77 is a hard rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada. It was formed by Danny "The Count" Koker, titular star of Counting Cars, the History Channel spinoff of Pawn Stars. The band focuses on the rock genre of the 1970s and has been playing and performing since well before Koker's rise in the public eye.
Count’s 77 is truly a group of guys who grew up listening to the same type of music: a combination of rock n’ roll and R&B soul from the late 60’s and 70’s. The band came about completely by accident, organically forming when one night Danny, John, Barry, and Stoney happened to be on the same stage at the same time.
Danny "The Count" Koker has always been involved in the music industry one way or another his entire life. His father, being a gospel musician, led Danny to the school choir and he became a gospel singer at a young age. The rock and roll of the 1970’s molded his deep passion as a musician: and mainly a lead singer.
